Dr. Pamela Braff is the Director of Climate Programs for the City of Olympia, where she leads cross-departmental efforts to integrate climate action across all aspects of city planning, policy, and operations. In her work, Pamela focuses on advancing collaborative solutions that drive transformative change for more resilient and vibrant communities. Before joining the City of Olympia, she served as a Policy Fellow for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and a Climate Extension Specialist at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. Pamela holds a PhD in Marine Science from William & Mary and an MS in Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation from Virginia Tech.
