Strengthening the resilience of Washington’s coastal communities through collaboration, education, and knowledge exchange

Raquel works at the Puget Sound Partnership, a Washington State Agency, as the Monitoring Program Effectiveness Analyst. She holds a MS degree from Oregon State University in Marine Resource Management and a BS from Stetson University in Aquatic and Marine Biology. Raquel works closely with partners to evaluate the effectiveness of conservation and restoration projects and programs throughout the Puget Sound.
