Lam, Jennifer
Jennifer Lam (she/her) is a director at ERG’s Blue Earth team and has 10+ years of experience in marine and coastal resource management, outreach and engagement, and strategic planning. She works on climate and hazard adaptation, resilience, and mitigation planning and assessment projects for a variety of sectors, including local, state, and federal government agencies, Tribes, academic institutions, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Jennifer evaluated existing state agency capabilities and capacity that impact resilience and reduce risks across Massachusetts and helped coordinate community input sessions for the double-award winning Climate Action and Resiliency Plan for the City of Alameda. She is ERG’s contract manager for the Washington Statewide Contract for Environmental Consulting Services (#22222). Prior to ERG, Jennifer served as a watershed research analyst for five years at Oregon Sea Grant. Jennifer holds an M.S. in marine resource management and a B.S. in general science from Oregon State University.
