Stormwater Program Manager, City of Bremerton
Will Riley is the Stormwater Program Manager for the City of Bremerton. He oversees the Phase II Municipal Stormwater NPDES Permit through project development and implementation, lake water quality sampling and management, municipal code update and standard revision, and more. Prior to this role, Will spent four years developing sustainable business practices for drinking and wastewater treatment plants and operating drinking water treatment plants. He has a BA in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
