Senior Scientist, EcoAdapt
Deb is a Senior Scientist with EcoAdapt, a nonprofit organization that works locally to internationally on climate change adaptation. Deb works with communities, conservation agencies, and foundations to help them prepare for and adapt to climate change and to advance the field of adaptation science. She has over 30 years of experience working with a wide range of public and private organizations and agencies in conservation biology, watershed ecology, natural resource management, and ecological risk assessment. Deb holds a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Brown University and a PhD in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from UC Berkeley.
