Toop, Cynthia
Cynthia Toop is the Hoh Tribal Climate Resilience Project Manager. Over the past six years, she has focused on sharing information with Federal, State, and Non-profit organizations to coordinate relocation efforts for tribal needs. Cynthia's work includes organizing project scoping meetings to identify relocation infrastructure requirements and collaborating with engineering firms to develop budgets and project deliverables. With twenty years of experience, Cynthia has been involved in securing funding and providing project start-up and execution support across various sectors, including housing, economic development, justice, transportation, health, education, seniors, and emergency management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
