Strengthening the resilience of Washington’s coastal communities through collaboration, education, and knowledge exchange

Noelani Villa serves as a Tribal Climate Adaptation Specialist with the Climate Impacts Group at the University of Washington. Dedicated to advancing Tribal resilience efforts across the Pacific Northwest, she focuses on fostering equitable partnerships that directly benefit Tribal communities. In addition, Noelani provides technical assistance to Washington Coastal Tribes and oversees a small grants program aimed at strengthening their resilience to climate change.
