Ethan Weller is a Tsunami Program Coordinator for the Emergency Management Division of the Washington State Military Department. He works in the realms of tsunami alerting, response, evacuation, and mitigation, providing education and subject matter expertise to communities across Washington and across all levels of government. He has a Master’s of Public Administration with a concentration in Disasters, Hazards and Emergency Management from University of Colorado – Denver.
